Founded in 2019 by Brigadier General Norman L. “Norm” Cooling, USMC (Ret.), NLCSC provides clients with professional expertise in organizational leadership, operational management, training, education and governmental affairs and liaison.

Norman L. “Norm” Cooling

Founder

Founder and President of N. L. Cooling Strategic Consulting, LLC. A retired Marine Corps general officer with decades of executive leadership experience, he holds a doctorate in educational leadership from High Point University. He also holds two masters degrees and multiple professional certifications, including a Certificate of Educational Learning and Organizational Development from High Point University and a Certificate of Strategic Business Planning for Executives from the College of William and Mary.
